Information that you provide by filling in forms on our site ‘love.golf’ (our site). This includes information provided in the following areas:
‘love.golf event registration’ – by submitting your details via the ‘love.golf event registration’ form we collect and store your name, email address and postcode at the point of submission.
You will also be added to the distribution list for the love.golf newsletter, which, at the point of first receipt and thereafter, you will have the option to unsubscribe and update your preferences if you so wish.

By submitting your details via ‘love.golf event registration’, you also consent for love.golf to process and provide your details to the nearest coach determined by the postcode you submit.
Your details will only be shared with the coach relevant to your geographic location unless you expressly request otherwise due to convenience, choice or any other reason. The relevant coach will store and process your data in accordance data protection laws. They will only communicate with you about love.golf programmes at their venue.

‘Newsletter’ – by submitting your details via the newsletter form on our site, you consent to love.golf storing and processing your name and email address for the purpose of sending you periodic e-newsletters from love.golf.

On receipt of love.golf e-newsletters, and in compliance with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, 2018), you will have the ability, on each newsletter we send you, to update your preferences, information we hold about you, and you may also unsubscribe should you no longer wish to receive love.golf e-newsletters.
