Before love.golf

Can you introduce yourself for us?

Hi my name is Kee. I’m a YouTuber and content creator, and I’m studying sport psychology so my page reflects that, mental health and just how to live life well.

What did you think when you heard about the event?

So first I was unsure. I was like “ Me, golf?” I had to look it up – I checked the Instagram and I was like “Wow, this is really good!” I loved it so I chased up more and then, now I’m here!

What do you think your followers are going to think about you playing golf?

I feel like they will be like “Go Kee! This is what you need to be doing” because people know I’m always working, I’m always trying to help someone, I’m always trying to do something for someone, so it’s time for me to take a break. Do some golfing, connect with people and make new friends.

After love.golf

How did you find the love.golf experience?

It was amazing! This just has to be a highlight of the year, as in you know when you think about golf, and especially when you’re coming to it for the first time, you’re going to think that someone is telling you how to do it, when in reality how it was today, you had your own freedom to do it and to learn yourself, but of course you had guidance from the coaches which are so super. It was amazing! I loved it!

What was your favourite part?

My favourite part had to be the end part when she said “Anything you’ve learned from the whole day, you try it yourself” and I was like “Yeah it’s time to be free! Let’s do it!” That was my favourite part!

What would you tell your friends and family about trying golf?

I would tell them that this is the place where you’ve got to start, because I feel like there are different places and they wouldn’t give you the same vibe and the same freedom that I was given today. I would say start here and don’t be too hard on yourself! Just keep going, keep trying!

How did you feel about doing it with a group of women?

I feel like with women it definitely works better because sometimes when there are guys there you feel a bit pressured, but when you’re around females it’s like “Yes girl! Girl power! Amazing”. It’s really good!
