Frequently Asked Questions

love.golf is an empowering group coaching experience for women which takes place out on the golf course, in a rewarding environment that gives you the freedom to explore a new skill, discover your potential and bond with a supportive group of like-minded women.

Each love.golf session is carefully put together by your coach to provide you and your fellow love.golfers with a memorable experience. The focus is on learning through playing the game, so you might be surprised to find yourself out on the golf course at the earliest opportunity. We have lots of options to choose from ranging from one-day experiences to six-week projects.

You’ll learn everything you need to know and we think you'll be amazed at your progress. Traditionally, golf coaching has focused on learning skills on a practice range and in a very dictatorial manner. love.golf takes an alternative approach and draws from research that illustrates many women would much prefer to learn the game with a coach out on a golf course.

Definitely not! love.golf is perfect for new golfers, but also those who may have tried golf once or twice before but not had the opportunity to take it up longer term. It's also fantastic for getting back into the game and joining up with other female golfers.

Absolutely yes! You will be made very welcome - all our coaches are fantastic at making everyone feel comfortable. Of course you can also bring friends and/or colleagues or even create your own group.

No. As a love.golfer, you’ll be made welcome at all of our venues. Most love.golf groups take time out after the coaching sessions for a cup of tea/coffee or perhaps something stronger! Sometimes these will be included within your love.golf coaching experience. Either way, you will always have access to the venue’s facilities.

No. Everything you need for the sessions will be provided.

Whatever you are comfortable in. Our love.golf venues have a relaxed approach to dress codes, so jeans and trainers are generally fine. If you’re not sure, just ask your love.golf coach.

No, most of our love.golfers wear trainers although you may want to bring a change of shoes to go into the clubhouse afterwards.

We ask all our love.golf venues to make this possible. Our coaches will also encourage you to practise and get out on the golf course before your next session. Please check with your love.golf coach to find out what facilities are available.

Expect the unexpected – we think you will find yourself bitten by the golf bug and wanting to carry on! As a love.golfer, you’ll be part of a growing community of female golfers. There will be plenty of opportunities to attend further coaching sessions and love.golf experiences.

Prices vary according to the love.golf experience, group size and the venue. As you'll see from our Events Page, all offer tremendous value and your coach will happily explain the costs to you prior to booking.

Take a look at our Coaches page for a full list of venues, dates and contact details.

Please get in contact with us and we'll do our best to find a venue and introduce them to our love.golf programme
